Wash the meat, tap it dry, cut it into 12 thin slices and thread them accordeon-like onto a wooden skewer.

Wash and chop the onion and the garlic. Mix it with the chilli paste, 3 tbsp coconut milk, fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar and oil to a marinade. Pour the marinade over the meat skewers and let it soak in at least 30 minutes, even better over night.

Set the oven to the grill function and grill the skewers for about 15 minutes (or bake the in a pan until golden-brown).

In the meantime prepare the sauce. Therefore heat the remaining coconut milk and the peanut butter until viscous and add fish sauce to taste. Serve with the skewers and enjoy!
