Honey bananas

Ingredients:

  • 100 g flour
  • 125 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • oil
  • 4 bananas

Preparation

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes (plus deep frying time)

  1. Stir flour, coconut milk, 100 ml water, baking soda, a pinch of salt and sugar until you have a viscous dough.
  2. Roast the sesame seeds gently without adding any fat. Put the honey in a glas and heat it in a bain-marie.
  3. Heat the oil in a big pot up to 180°C. Peel the bananas, cut them in slices of 2-3 cm and turn them in the dough. Let them drip off and bake them in die hot oil until they are golden. Keep them warm until you have baked all slices.
  4. Before serving sprinkle the baked banana slices with honey and sesame seeds.
