Braised chicken with spring onions and oyster sauce

for 2-4 portions

Ingredients:

  • 450g chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • serve with jasmine rice

  • QRICE jasmine rice

Preparation

  1. Marinade the chicken with the oyster sauce and set aside.

  2. Sear the spring onion in oil, add the chicken and let fry for about 2 minutes.

  3. Add the water and let cook until the meat is done and the sauce is thickened. Serve immediately with jasmine rice.
