Stir-fried fishcake

for 4 persons

Ingredients:

  • 100g fishcake
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp (oligosaccharide) syrup
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • rice for serving

  • SEMPIO soy sauce
  • EXOTIC FOOD chopped garlic
  • YEOS sesame oil
  • QRICE rice

Preparation

  1. Mix soy sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, chopped garlic, water, sesame oil and black pepper in the bowl.
  2. Cut the fishcake and onion into stripes.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and stir-fry.
  4. When onion color change, put the fishcake in a frying pan, and stir-fry for 1min.
  5. Put the bell pepper and stir-fry for 1min.
  6. Put mixed sauce and stir-fry them.
  7. Serve with cooked rice.
